Make sure you report on time. However, those of you who will be late or not able to make it with valid reasons, inform your respective PCs.
Those going for the combine sports meet training, inform your PCs beforehand. You are not required to report for training.
As 11 July is the combine sports meet, training is brought forward.
I apologise for the sudden change in reporting attire.
